Vendor Management Associate

Job Description A Vendor Management Associate maintains and optimizes relationships with third-party vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery, contractual compliance, and cost-efficiency . They onboard new suppliers, analyze vendor performance metrics, manage contract documentation, and resolve issues while collaborating with internal teams to streamline procurement and mitigate risks Vendor Onboarding & Records: Managing the onboarding process, including gathering documentation, setting up vendor details in systems, and maintaining accurate records. Performance Monitoring: Monitoring vendor adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), auditing quality, and preparing performance reports . Relationship Management: Serving as the primary point of contact for vendors, resolving disputes, and fostering positive, productive partnerships. Compliance & Risk Mitigation: Ensuring vendor compliance with company policies, legal agreements, and safety standards.
