The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all vendor relationships and ensuring timely delivery of services. The Vendor Coordinator will work closely with our clients and internal teams to ensure that all vendor activities are aligned with the company's objectives and meet quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and materialsNegotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to ensure the best terms and pricing for the companyMonitor vendor performance and address any issues or concerns that may ariseCollaborate with internal teams to identify vendor needs and requirementsMaintain accurate records of all vendor contracts, payments, and performance metricsConduct regular vendor evaluations and provide feedback to improve overall performanceContinuously research and identify potential new vendors to expand our network and improve servicesCoordinate with vendors to schedule and manage service delivery to meet client needsEnsure that all vendor activities comply with company policies and proceduresPrepare and present reports on vendor performance and cost savings to managementStay updated on industry trends and best practices related to vendor managementQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in vendor management or procurementStrong negotiation and communication skillsExcellent organizational and time-management abilitiesAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office and vendor management softwareKnowledge of contract management and procurement processesProven track record of successfully managing vendor relationships and achieving cost savingsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentAttention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for growth and development within the company.
