Vehicle Inspector / Fleet Supervisor - Hindi Speaker

We are seeking a Vehicle Inspector / Fleet Supervisor to oversee and manage the private vehicle fleet of a family office in Abu Dhabi. The role requires strong technical knowledge of vehicles the ability to supervise drivers and efficient handling of all administrative matters related to the principals vehicles. Hindi language proficiency is mandatory.Key ResponsibilitiesInspect and monitor the overall condition of all vehicles in the fleetPerform basic vehicle troubleshooting and coordinate repairs when requiredOversee preventive maintenance servicing schedules and cleaning plansMonitor and record mileage for each vehicleManage service contracts warranties and maintenance agreementsTrack and manage traffic fines license renewals and vehicle registrationsMonitor fuel consumption toll fees (Salik/Darb) and related expensesPrepare basic reports on vehicle usage maintenance and costsSupervise and coordinate drivers schedules duty rosters and availabilityEnsure vehicles are always roadworthy compliant and ready for useHandle all administrative tasks related to vehicle operations for the principalRequirementsFluent in Hindi (mandatory)Minimum of 4-5 years experienced working in the same field.Responsible for managing and maintaining a fleet of 25 high end vehicles.Proven experience in vehicle inspection maintenance or fleet managementStrong understanding of vehicle mechanics and servicing requirementsExperience managing drivers and vehicle-related documentationGood organizational and administrative skillsAbility to work independently and maintain strict confidentialityPrior experience working with private families or family offices is an advantageWilling to relocate in Abu Dhabi.Disclaimer: Black Pearl will never ask for money or any form to charge our candidates just to process or consider their application for any of our available vacancies.
