JOB SUMMARY As a vascular surgery consultant at a prestigious hospital in Saudi Arabia, your role would involve providing expert care to patients with vascular conditions, including peripheral artery disease, aneurysms, and vascular trauma. You would lead the surgical and endovascular procedures, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to the hospital's mission of delivering exceptional vascular care. Additionally, you would play a key role in advancing research, education, and quality improvement initiatives within vascular surgery. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provides high-quality vascular surgery care to patients in this area of medicine.Provide consultative service as requested.Supervise fellows, staff/assistant physicians, and residents.Actively participates in the training and teaching of residents and fellows in his area of expertise and participates in research activities.Participates in committees and other administrative functions as needed.Performs special procedures as privileged.Follows all hospital-related policies and procedures.Performs other related duties as assigned. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Education Graduate from a medical school of good standing.Completion of required period of training in vascular surgery.American Board/MRCP, Irish, UK, Canadian, Australian & New Zealand / DES / CIS / Diplome di Medico Specialist Italy / SCR Holland / Swedish Board / German Facharzt / Austrian Facharzt / CCST UK / Saudi Board / Arab Board & sub board / Fellowship.Membership and/or Fellowship status in America and/or Europe or their equivalent and fulfilling the criteria for the consultant as required.A certificate recognized by the Saudi commission is a must.Dataflow is a must. Professional Experience Min. 3-4 years Post Board/Fellowship in vascular surgery.A registered member of the Saudi Board Council Language Proficiency in English; additional proficiency in Arabic may be beneficial.
