Valve Technician

ResponsibilitiesCarry out dismantling, inspection, servicing and reassembly of a wide range of valves including:Butterfly Valves (Block 20)Globe Valves (Block 20 / ST21 / ST22)Gate Valves (Block 20 / ST21 / ST22)Inspect internal components such as seats, discs, stems, seals, packing and body condition.Perform valve lapping, grinding, seal replacement, packing adjustment and reconditioning.Conduct hydrostatic and pneumatic pressure tests as per project or OEM requirements.Verify valve stroke movement and operational smoothness after assembly.Ensure proper installation and alignment when fitting valves back into the system.Read and understand P&IDs, isometric drawings, datasheets and OEM manuals.Assist in troubleshooting valve leaks, seat damage, corrosion, stuck movement and mechanical faults.Qualifications & ExperienceITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Trade.Minimum 35 years of experience in valve maintenance and repair.Hands‑on experience with:Butterfly ValvesGlobe Valves (ST21 ST22)Gate Valves (Block 20 ST Series)Experience in oil & gas refinery, petrochemical or heavy industry preferred.Interested candidates can send their CV & certificates toFor more information, please contact the recruitment team.Key SkillsAbinitioAdministration and AccountingHVAC EngineeringFront OfficeAutoCAD DraftingEnvironment Health and SafetyEmployment Type: Full TimeExperience: yearsVacancy: 1#J-18808-Ljbffr
