Job Description

<div><p>Tiqmo is seeking for someone who will act as the business owner for the Value-Added Services (VAS) portfolio (Market place, Musaned, Sadad, Int. Mobile top-up&others), working closely with marketing, product, operations, finance, compliance, customer support, and external partners to grow adoption and improve commercial outcomes.</p><h3>Primary Duties and Key Responsibilities</h3><h3>Business Ownership and Growth</h3><ul><li>Own the end-to-end commercial performance of the VAS portfolio.</li><li>Develop and execute the VAS growth strategy in line with company revenue and customer engagement objectives.</li><li>Identify opportunities to increase usage, transactions, revenue, and customer retention through VAS.</li><li>Build annual, quarterly, and monthly plans for VAS campaigns, growth initiatives, and partner activations.</li><li>Monitor market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor offerings to refine the VAS strategy</li></ul><h3>Revenue and Profitability Management</h3><ul><li>Track VAS transaction volumes, revenue, margins, conversion, repeat usage, and profitability by service line.</li><li>Optimize pricing, commissions, rebates, and promotional economics to improve commercial performance.</li><li>Recommend tactical initiatives to improve revenue contribution of each VAS category.</li><li>Build business cases for new VAS launches and commercial enhancements.</li></ul><h3>Partner and Vendor Management</h3><ul><li>Manage relationships with existing VAS providers and commercial partners.</li><li>Negotiate commercials, service levels, promotional support, and settlement arrangements with partners.</li><li>Monitor partner uptime, success rates, customer experience, and operational performance.</li><li>Identify and onboard new providers or aggregators to expand the VAS portfolio.</li></ul><h3>Campaigns and Go-to-Market</h3><ul><li>Work with Marketing to design and execute campaigns that drive awareness and adoption of VAS products.</li><li>Prepare campaign briefs, business rationale, target audience definitions, and expected commercial outcomes.</li><li>Review campaign performance and recommend follow-up actions based on results.</li></ul><h3>Cross-Functional Coordination</h3><ul><li>Work with Product and Tech teams to improve customer journey, service discoverability, and feature enhancements for VAS.</li><li>Coordinate with Compliance and Finance on approvals, commercials, reporting, and governance requirements.</li><li>Work with Customer Support to address customer pain points, complaints, or recurring service issues.</li><li>Ensure internal stakeholders remain aligned on priorities, launches, and service performance.</li></ul><h3>Reporting and Performance Management</h3><ul><li>Build and maintain dashboards for all VAS categories.</li><li>Provide regular reporting on transaction volumes, active users, revenue, margins, and campaign performance.</li><li>Present business reviews and recommendations to senior management.</li><li>Drive corrective actions where performance is below target.</li></ul><h3>Requirements&Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.</li><li>5–8+ years of experience in fintech, payments, telecom, digital commerce, vouchers, bill payments, or related service businesses.</li><li>Strong commercial and business development mindset.</li><li>Experience managing partnerships, revenue lines, and product growth.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and convert insights into actions.</li><li>Good understanding of digital customer journeys, payment ecosystems, and promotional campaigns.</li><li>Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.</li><li>Experience in the GCC fintech/payments space is an advantage.</li><li>Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.</li><li>Competitive compensation packages</li><li>Medical insurance coverage</li><li>Flexible remote work options in accordance with the company's policy</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
