UX/UI Designer

Job OverviewThe UX/UI Designer will be responsible for creating intuitive, user-centric designs for enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and UI design, with a focus on usability and accessibility. The designer will work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless user experiences across web and mobile applications.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.Design intuitive user interfaces that align with business goals and enhance user engagement.Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.Develop and maintain a design system for consistency across products.Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback and analytics.Ensure accessibility (A11Y) compliance and best practices in UI/UX design.Work closely with product teams to translate business requirements into design solutions.Stay updated on UI/UX trends and best practices to continuously improve design processes.Contribute to design documentation and guidelines for scalability.Required Skills And Qualifications4+ years of experience in UX/UI design for enterprise applications.Proficiency in UI/UX design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).Experience in user research, usability testing, and design thinking methodologies.Strong knowledge of design systems and component-based UI design.Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers.Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG, A11Y) and inclusive design.Experience in prototyping and user testing using tools like Maze or UserTesting.Strong ability to present and communicate design decisions to stakeholders.Ability to handle multiple projects and work in an Agile environment.Preferred QualificationsExperience with enterprise SaaS platforms or complex business applications.Familiarity with UX research tools (Hotjar, Google Analytics, Mixpanel).Basic understanding of motion design for micro-interactions and animations.Experience with mobile app design for iOS and Android platforms#J-18808-Ljbffr
