It allows customizing analytics and workflows with a no-code interface.</p><p>Over 4,000 clients — including Bitpanda, Wirex, Avis, Bybit, Vodafone, Duolingo, Kaizen Gaming, and TransferGo — trust Sumsub to accelerate growth, prevent fraud, and maintain compliance worldwide.</p><h3>What You Will Be Doing:</h3><ul><li><p>Lead end-to-end research —<b>own the full lifecycle</b>of prioritized studies, from scoping and recruiting through synthesis and delivery, managing<b>several projects at different stages in parallel</b></p></li><li><p>Be the person who turns research into decisions — distill findings into<b>prioritized insights and product recommendations</b>, ensuring stakeholders walk away with clarity on what to do next, not just what was observed</p></li><li><p>Apply the right methods at the right scale — design and execute mixed-method studies (mostly, generative&evaluative) calibrated to the research objective, balancing<b>depth with speed</b></p></li><li><p>Navigate B2B research constraints — build<b>creative strategies to access hard-to-reach enterprise users</b>, supplementing primary research with internal expert interviews, sales/CS debriefs, competitive analysis, and secondary sources</p></li><li><p>Shape the research agenda with product and design —<b>partner with PMs, designers, data and dev teams</b>to surface the highest-priority unknowns, scope studies around specific decisions, enrich your data with input from other teams and ensure research is connected to real product outcomes</p></li><li><p>Equip the team to do tactical research independently — create and support processes, templates, and lightweight toolkits that enable designers and PMs to run their own research</p></li><li><p>Mature the UX Research function — as an early-stage function, proactively refine processes, introduce better tooling, and educate stakeholders on research value and ways of working</p></li><li><p>Optimize research operations with AI — identify and implement AI-assisted approaches to recruiting, analysis, and synthesis to improve throughput without sacrificing rigor</p></li><li><p>Amplify customer understanding across the org — communicate and socialize research findings proactively, ensuring user needs stay visible and influential in roadmap and strategy conversations</p></li></ul><h3>About You:</h3><ul><li><p>4+ years of UX research experience in a tech organization, ideally within<b>B2B SaaS</b>, or another complex domain (FinTech, infrastructure, cybersecurity)</p></li><li><p>English from C1 level</p></li><li><p>Startup or scaleup experience — you've worked in fast-moving environments with<b>shifting priorities, limited resources, and high expectations for independent delivery</b></p></li><li><p>Experience as an early researcher — you've helped<b>establish how research works in a company or team,</b>and you're<b>energized by building structure where little exists</b></p></li><li><p>Mastery of<b>mixed methods</b>— you're<b>fluent across generative and evaluative approaches</b>(in-depth interviews, usability testing, surveys, desk research, expert interviews, card sorting) and know when to use which.</p></li><li><p>Strong<b>synthesis and storytelling</b>— you don't stop at observations; you distill findings into sharp insights, clear "so whats," and product recommendations that influence real decisions</p></li><li><p>Ability to navigate<b>B2B research constraints</b>— you're<b>resourceful when direct user access is limited</b>, and comfortable<b>supplementing primary research with expert interviews, secondary sources, and behavioral data</b></p></li><li><p>Comfortable with ambiguity and parallelism — you can<b>independently manage several projects at different stages</b>,<b>make smart scope trade-offs</b></p></li><li><p><b>Collaborative working in product teams</b>— you have a track record of<b>partnering closely with PMs, designers, and data teams</b>, guiding them on<b>how to act on research rather than just handing off a report</b></p></li><li><p>Research advocacy and education —<b>you can educate non-researchers</b>, and raising the bar for evidence-based decision-making</p></li><li><p><b>Preferred qualifications:</b>Relevant academic background (undergraduate works!) in<b>Social Sciences</b>, HCI, Anthropology, Human Factors, or equivalent</p></li></ul><h3>What We Offer:</h3><ul><li><p><b>Remote-first, trust-based culture.</b>Work from the place that works best for you.
