Job DescriptionAbout SiFiSiFi is building the future of spend management and financial operations in Saudi Arabia. Operating under SAMA EMI regulation, we manage complex financial products including card issuance, wallet systems, protected balances, multi‑role admin environments, and cross‑border flows.Position OverviewThe UX Researcher is responsible for generating actionable user insights that inform product decisions. This role focuses on qualitative and quantitative research methods to improve user experience across fin‑tech products. The position is based in Riyadh.Primary ResponsibilitiesPlan and conduct user interviews and usability testing sessions.Design and analyze surveys and research studies.Conduct field research and stakeholder workshops when required.Synthesize research findings into clear insights and recommendations.Collaborate with Product and Design teams to integrate research into product development.Maintain research documentation and insight repositories.RequirementsBasic QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in HCI, Psychology, Design, or related field with 3+ years of UX research experience.Strong qualitative research and synthesis skills.Experience working with product and design teams.Based in Riyadh.Preferred QualificationsArabic fluency.Experience in fin‑tech or banking industry.Familiarity with behavioral analytics tools.BenefitsDevelopment PathPotential progression to Senior UX Researcher or Research Lead, focusing on research strategy and organizational impact.#J-18808-Ljbffr
