Utility Operator – Industrial Chillers&AC Systems

<div><h3>Job Summary</h3><p>We are seeking a skilled Utility Operator to operate and maintain industrial chillers and air conditioning systems. The candidate must have strong knowledge and hands‑on experience with different types of HVAC compressors, including reciprocating and scroll compressors. The role involves preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure efficient, safe, and reliable system performance.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Operate, monitor, and maintain industrial chillers and AC systems.</li><li>Handle different chiller compressor types, including reciprocating, screw, and scroll compressors.</li><li>Perform routine inspections and maintenance, including:<ul><li>Refrigerant gas level and leak checks.</li><li>Monitoring suction/discharge pressures and temperatures.</li><li>Cleaning and replacing air filters.</li><li>Inspecting and cleaning condenser coils.</li></ul></li><li>Diagnose faults, perform corrective maintenance, and carry out minor repairs.</li><li>Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and reporting.</li><li>Support scheduled shutdowns, overhauls, and major maintenance works.</li><li>Follow safety standards and ensure energy‑efficient operation of equipment.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications&Skills</h3><ul><li>Diploma/Certificate in HVAC, Refrigeration, Mechanical, or Electrical.</li><li>2–3 years’ experience in chiller and AC operation/maintenance.</li><li>Strong knowledge of reciprocating, screw, and scroll compressors.</li><li>Ability to troubleshoot both mechanical and electrical issues.</li><li>Familiar with preventive and corrective maintenance best practices.</li><li>Good teamwork, communication, and problem‑solving skills.</li></ul><h3>Work Conditions</h3><ul><li>Full‑time, site‑based role.</li><li>May require working in shifts and attending emergency breakdowns, and working overtime.</li><li>Indoor/outdoor environment, depending on equipment location.</li></ul><p><b>Whatsapp:</b>+971 54 702 4903</p><p><b>Location:</b>Gulfa Mineral Water Masfout factory.</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
