The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience with usability testing methods, accessibility audits, heuristic evaluations, and a track record of translating findings into actionable design improvements. NN/g or HFI certifications are highly preferred.Key Responsibilities:Plan, conduct, and analyze formative and summative usability studies, including moderated/unmoderated testsPerform heuristic evaluations, cognitive walkthroughs, and accessibility assessmentsCollaborate closely with designers, developers, and product managers to improve user experience based on findingsCreate and maintain usability testing protocols, documentation, and research repositoriesDefine and measure usability KPIs (task success rate, error rate, time on task, etc.)Advocate for evidence‑based design decisions and usability best practices across teamsSupport the development of design systems and product guidelines with usability inputHelp train and mentor cross‑functional teams on usability principles and toolsQualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s in Human Factors, Cognitive Science, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, or a related field2–4 years of experience in usability engineering, UX research, or a similar roleStrong foundation in usability principles and testing methodologiesExperience with tools like UserTesting, Lookback, Maze, Hotjar, Optimal Workshop, or similarFamiliarity with design tools such as Figma, Axure, or Adobe XDStrong statistical and analytical skills for interpreting test resultsExperience documenting research and presenting to technical and non-technical stakeholdersUnderstanding of WCAG accessibility guidelines and inclusive design#J-18808-Ljbffr
