Designation: Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist Location: Ahmedabad Experience: 1+ Years Salary: Up To 4.80 LPA Job Description: Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist with hands-on expertise in using QuickBook software to manage end-to-end accounts payable processes. The role involves handling invoice processing, payment runs, reconciliations, vendor management, and financial reporting while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of AP tasks. Key Responsibilities : Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently using QuickBook software. Perform invoice coding, matching, and approvals in accordance with company policies. Manage payment runs, ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors. Handle vendor queries and reconciliations, and maintain positive vendor relationships. Conduct monthly and quarterly reconciliations of accounts payable balances. Assist in month-end close activities related to accounts payable. Generate and review AP reports for management and auditors. Maintain up-to-date records in QuickBook and ensure data accuracy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Procurement and Finance. Skills & Qualifications : Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. Minimum 1 years of accounts payable experience. Strong hands-on experience with QuickBook software is required. Proficient in MS Excel and general accounting principles. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines. Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
