The successful candidate will assist skilled tradespeople in various tasks contributing to the successful completion of projects with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to safety.ResponsibilitiesAssist in the setup and take down of construction sites and work areasSupport skilled workers with their tasks and duties including carpentry electrical and plumbing workLoad and unload materials tools and equipment as neededMaintain a clean and organized work environment ensuring safety standards are metHelp with basic measurements and preparations for construction tasksFollow instructions and adhere to project timelinesReport any issues or safety hazards to a supervisor immediatelyParticipate actively in team meetings and training sessionsRequirementsPrevious experience as a Helper in construction or fitout projects is preferred but not mandatoryAbility to perform physical tasks and lift heavy objectsStrong willingness to learn and take directionGood communication skills and ability to work as part of a teamAttention to detail and commitment to safetyFlexibility to work varying hours and shifts as requiredReliability and punctuality are essentialMust be available to start immediatelyBenefitsSalary Accomodation#J-18808-Ljbffr
