Mediclinic Welcare Hospital | Dubai | United Arab EmiratesClosing date: 23/11/2025Number of positions: 1Recruiter name: Larla Anne Brazil LandichoReference number: 65219MAIN PURPOSE OF JOBTo lead and manage the nursing team in the provision of patient‑centric and evidence‑based nursing care, operational efficiency and positive patient experiences.KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREASProvide strong leadership and management guidance to the team.Ensure evidence‑based patient care practices are followed as per clinical standards.Develop employees and create an environment that enables team engagement to enhance positive patient experiences.Manage allocated clinical and non‑clinical resources in a cost‑efficient and effective manner to enhance safe patient care.Monitor and manage compliance with legislative, regulatory and clinical standards to ensure continuous quality improvement.REQUIRED EDUCATIONEssential: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing from a recognised/accredited Nursing Institute.Desired: Master of Science in Nursing or related Healthcare field.REQUIRED EXPERIENCE5 years' experience in a Senior Nursing/Management role in Operation Theatre in a hospital setting.REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGEDemonstrate the ability to implement all five stages of the Scientific Nursing Process (assessment, planning, nursing diagnosis, implementation and evaluation).Presentation Skills.UAE Labour Law.Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications.Cost management principles.Demonstrate Nursing functional competence (Nursing practice).Demonstrate the ability to manage meetings effectively.Quality management and governance standards and best practice.Risk management principles, systems and best practice.Skilled in the demonstration and assessment of all relevant clinical procedures.Stock control principles and management.UAE healthcare regulatory framework and related requirements.Workforce planning and scheduling.All applicants will be considered, with the understanding that preference will be given to the designated groups in accordance with the United Arab Emirates Emiratization Program.
