Job Title: UNICA DeveloperEmployment Type: PermanentLocation: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaRole OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Unica Developer / Administrator to manage, support, and enhance the Unica marketing automation platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for environment setup, system administration, campaign execution support, and platform performance optimization across Development, UAT, and Production environments.Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, and maintain Unica components along with WebSphere Application Server.Set up and manage data sources and connection pools in WebSphere for SQL Server databases.Handle environment setup and maintenance across Development, UAT, and Production.Apply Unica patches, fix packs, and perform product version upgrades.Monitor system health, logs, and performance via WebSphere Admin Console.Manage user roles, access controls, and permissions within Unica.Schedule, execute, and monitor Unica Campaign flowcharts and batch processes.Coordinate with DBA teams for database optimization, indexing, and query tuning.Ensure database connectivity and manage Unica system tables.Support integrations with CRM systems, Data Warehouses, ESB platforms, and Cognos reporting tools.Perform routine health checks, server restarts, and backup activities.Analyze application and server logs to troubleshoot and resolve issues.Collaborate with product support teams for ticket escalations and patch deployments.Required SkillsHands‑on experience with Unica Campaign administration/developmentExpertise in WebSphere Application ServerStrong SQL Server database knowledgeExperience in campaign flowchart execution & monitoringUnderstanding of marketing automation platformsStrong troubleshooting and system support skillsGood to HaveExperience with Cognos reportingCRM / Data Warehouse integrationsExposure to enterprise middleware or ESB platforms#J-18808-Ljbffr
