Our client in Jeddah is seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join a startup company. As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centered digital experiences for our products/services.ResponsibilitiesConduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations.Create user personas, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts.Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that align with branding guidelines and enhance the overall user experience.Collaborate with developers to ensure the feasibility and implementation of UI/UX designs.Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve the user experience.Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.Advocate for user-centered design principles and contribute to a culture of design thinking and innovation within the organization.Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure successful project delivery.Present and communicate design concepts and ideas to internal teams and stakeholders.RequirementsBachelor's degree or equivalent in UI/UX design, human-computer interaction, graphic design, or a related field.5 years proven experience in UI/UX design, either through internships, freelance work, or professional positions.Proficiency in UI design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar software.Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.Familiarity with user research techniques and usability testing.Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design decisions and receive feedback.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to overcome design challenges.Experience working in an Agile development environment and ability to adapt to iterative design processes.#J-18808-Ljbffr
