Ui/ux designer

The UI/UX Designer supports the design of user interfaces and experiences for AI products. This role involves creating intuitive and engaging designs that enhance user satisfaction and drive product adoption. The UI/UX Designer ensures that all AI products meet high standards of usability and accessibility.Responsibilities and DutiesSupport the design and development of user interfaces and experiences for AI products.Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that meet user needs and business objectives.Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define design requirements and ensure alignment with product goals.Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across all AI products.Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in UI/UX design and apply them to enhance the user experience.Ensure compliance with accessibility standards and best practices in all design activities.Prepare and present design proposals and reports to senior management and stakeholders.Participate in project planning and contribute to the development of project timelines and deliverables.Perform other duties relevant to the job as assigned by the Sr. UI/UX Designer or senior management.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related fieldRelevant certifications (e.g., Certified Usability Analyst (CUA), UX Certification) are preferredMinimum of 3 years of experience in UI/UX design or related fieldsExperience in designing interfaces for AI or technology-focused productsStrong proficiency in UI/UX design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD)Excellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and creativity in designIn-depth understanding of UI/UX design principles and best practicesFamiliarity with user research and usability testing methodologiesKnowledge of accessibility standards and guidelinesAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyStrong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPrototyping tools (e.g., In Vision, Axure)User research and testing tools (e.g., User Testing, Optimal Workshop)Collaboration and communication tools (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams)
