<div><p><b>Senior UI/UX Designer (12-Month Contract)</b></p><p><b>Department:</b>Business Excellence</p><p><b>Employment Type:</b>Contract (12 Months)</p><p>Role Purpose:</p><p>We are seeking two experienced Senior UI/UX Designers to join a dynamic digital transformation team. The successful candidates will lead design and user experience initiatives across key digital platforms, including corporate websites, customer and partner portals, and mobile applications.</p><p>This role is critical in creating intuitive, visually engaging, and user-centred interfaces that enhance engagement and support strategic business objectives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless, high-quality user experiences across all digital touchpoints.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><h3>1. User-Centric UI/UX Leadership</h3><ul><li>Lead end-to-end design processes across web, portal, and mobile platforms — from discovery and concept through to implementation.</li><li>Develop user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that clearly communicate concepts and solutions.</li><li>Conduct user research to gain insight into user behaviours, needs, and motivations.</li><li>Translate complex business requirements into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces aligned with brand standards.</li></ul><h3>2. User Research&Usability Testing</h3><ul><li>Plan and execute usability testing and gather feedback to continuously refine user experience.</li><li>Collaborate with Customer Experience teams to define personas, journeys, and use cases.</li><li>Iterate on existing features to deliver seamless, industry‑leading digital experiences.</li></ul><h3>3. Cross-Functional&External Collaboration</h3><ul><li>Partner with IT, Customer Experience, Marketing, and Commercial teams to ensure design feasibility and successful implementation.</li><li>Work alongside third‑party vendors and consultants during development and delivery phases.</li><li>Present design concepts to stakeholders, gather feedback, and incorporate improvements.</li><li>Act as a bridge between Customer Experience, IT, and Marketing functions.</li></ul><h3>4. Platform Consistency&Integration</h3><ul><li>Maintain a consistent design language and unified user experience across all digital platforms.</li><li>Develop and maintain UI guidelines, pattern libraries, and style guides.</li><li>Design interfaces that integrate effectively with enterprise systems such as CRM and ERP platforms to ensure a cohesive end‑to‑end experience.</li></ul><h3>5. Performance&Optimisation</h3><ul><li>Define KPIs to measure the effectiveness of digital features and user engagement.</li><li>Analyse user data and conduct A/B testing to optimise user journeys and functionality.</li></ul><h3>6. Continuous Improvement</h3><ul><li>Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and UI/UX best practices.</li><li>Promote a design‑thinking culture focused on innovation, usability, and customer‑centricity.</li></ul><h3>Communication&Working Relationships</h3><h3>Internal Stakeholders</h3><ul><li>IT</li><li>Commercial Teams</li><li>Customer Experience</li><li>Marketing</li><li>Sales</li><li>Channel Partners</li></ul><p>Key interactions include workshops, journey mapping sessions, user testing coordination, and development collaboration.</p><h3>External Stakeholders</h3><ul><li>UX/UI Consultants</li><li>Design&Development Vendors</li></ul><h3>Qualifications&Experience</h3><h3>Education</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, Product Management, or related field.</li><li>Master’s degree is an advantage.</li></ul><h3>Experience</h3><ul><li>5+ years of experience delivering digital products within cross‑functional teams.</li><li>Minimum 3 years in a Senior UI/UX role with proven experience designing portals, websites, and mobile applications.</li></ul><h3>Skills&Competencies</h3><ul><li>Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar design tools.</li><li>Strong understanding of user‑centred design, interaction design, and information architecture.</li><li>Experience integrating with CRM and ERP systems is highly advantageous.</li><li>Strong portfolio demonstrating design process and successful digital product delivery.</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.</li><li>Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.</li><li>Experience mentoring junior designers or leading design initiatives is a plus.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
