ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop intuitive user interfaces and enriching user experiences for web and mobile applicationsCreate wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate design ideas to stakeholdersConduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on designs based on user feedbackCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure seamless implementation of design conceptsMaintain and update the design system and style guides to ensure consistency across different projectsStay informed on the latest UI/UX trends and best practices to integrate new techniques into the design processAnalyze user behavior and metrics to continually enhance user experiences and meet project goalsEffectively present design concepts and rationale to clients and team members for feedback and approvalParticipate in Agile development processes to align design work with project timelines and deliverablesSupport developers in implementing designs through the provision of detailed specifications and assetsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field2+ years of experience in UI/UX design or a similar roleProficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar softwareStrong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practicesExperience with user research methodologies and usability testing techniquesAbility to produce wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockupsA strong portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design work and solutionsEffective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across different teamsKnowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is beneficialExperience working in Agile development environments is a plusBenefitsPrivate Health InsuranceTraining & DevelopmentPerformance Bonus#J-18808-Ljbffr
