This role is crucial for safeguarding quality, usability, and performance across key telecom platforms.ResponsibilitiesConduct UAT across telecom products, services, and platforms to validate functionality, performance, and usability.Perform end-to-end service validation for BSS, OSS, portals, and mobile/web applications.Collaborate with product management, development, engineering, and customer support teams.Document test cases, scenarios, and results using test management and defect tracking tools.Identify, report, and follow up on defects until closure.Validate telecom services such as Order Management, Provisioning, and Billing for both Mobile and Fixed domains.Ensure test readiness and support production launch activities.Work under tight deadlines while managing multiple parallel tasks.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Telecommunications, or a related field.4+ years of hands-on experience in Telecom Testing.Experience with Fixed, Cloud, SaaS-based telecom platforms.Strong exposure to BSS/OSS testing, portals, and mobile app validation.Proficiency with test management and defect tracking tools.Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.Familiarity with SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.Understanding of Telecom Mobile & Fixed Services (Order Management, Provisioning, Billing, etc.).Nice-to-Have SkillsExperience working with major telecom operators or system integrators.Exposure to API testing and automation frameworks.Knowledge of CRM, mediation, or charging systems.Ability to design complex test scenarios independently.Recruitment Pro TipHighlight specific UAT scenarios you’ve independently led—especially end-to-end testing across BSS/OSS or fixed/mobile services—as real project examples greatly increase your chances of getting shortlisted.#J-18808-Ljbffr
