UAT Specialist – ADVENT Applications (APX, MOXY, ARM)

Role OverviewWe are seeking a skilled UAT Specialist with hands‑on experience in executing User Acceptance Testing for ADVENT applications, specifically APX, MOXY, and ARM. The role involves validating system functionality, ensuring business requirements are met, and coordinating with stakeholders to support successful releases.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, prepare, and execute UAT test scenarios and test cases for APX, MOXY, and ARM systems.Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and acceptance criteria.Validate workflows, data accuracy, reporting, and system integrations.Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.Coordinate with development and support teams to troubleshoot issues.Ensure test coverage aligns with business processes and compliance requirements.Prepare UAT status reports, sign‑off documentation, and test evidence.Support post‑release validation and production verification.Required Skills & ExperienceProven experience conducting UAT for ADVENT platforms (APX, MOXY, ARM).Strong understanding of investment operations, portfolio accounting, or wealth management systems.Experience in test planning, defect tracking tools, and test documentation.Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.Ability to manage multiple test cycles and deadlines.PreferredExperience in financial services or asset management environments.Familiarity with SQL queries or data validation techniques.Exposure to Agile or hybrid project methodologies.#J-18808-Ljbffr
