The role involves assisting with the administration and organization of tender and proposal documentation while liaising with internal technical teams and external clients to ensure timely and accurate submissions.ResponsibilitiesAcknowledge receipt of client enquiries, log opportunities within internal tracking systems, and assist in preparation and formatting of proposals and quotations.Coordinate with Technical Managers, the HSE team, and other internal stakeholders to gather necessary technical and commercial information for submissions.Maintain proposal databases, update records, and ensure documents are filed and stored in accordance with company procedures.Support general administrative tasks within the office as required.QualificationsThis position is suited to a dynamic and motivated technical graduate who is highly organized, methodical, and detail-oriented.
