<div><p>To oversee the functions of the Inspections and compliance section in a timely and effective manned, by ensuring that all Companies and Tenants comply with Free Hold’s rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and UAE laws through continuous site inspections to regulate violations and manage Client’s awareness.</p><h3>Main Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Regulates the awareness of newly developed communication strategy that adheres to the processes and procedures.</li><li>Support in the development of Awareness Campaigns to ensure that companies are abiding with the UAE laws and regulations.</li><li>Leads and schedules inspections of the registered companies within the freehold.</li><li>Reports the investigation of violations pertaining to breach of Free Hold’s Licensing terms&Conditions.</li><li>Conduct regular follow ups on existing companies to ensure their compliance to their terms and conditions of the freehold.</li><li>Assist the line manager with the issuance of letters related to any violations and warnings Reporting.</li><li>Ensure that all reports are prepared timely and accurately and meet the organizational requirements, in adherence to the company’s policies and quality standards.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Knowledge of UAE laws and compliance requirements.</li><li>Experience in inspections or regulatory roles.</li><li>Strong communication and reporting skills.</li><li>Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.</li><li>Good planning and time management skills.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
