Online English Language TutorAs an online English language tutor, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one English language instruction to students from Pakistan. Your role is to help students improve their fluency, accuracy, and confidence in spoken and written English. This is a part-time position that can be done remotely from anywhere in the world with a stable internet connection.ResponsibilitiesConducting online lessons using video conferencing softwarePreparing lesson plans and materials tailored to the individual needs of each studentProviding constructive feedback to students on their language skillsAssessing student progress and adapting teaching methods accordinglyEncouraging and motivating students to achieve their language learning goalsManaging scheduling and communication with students and their parents or guardiansQualities and QualificationsTo excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills in both English and Urdu. You should also have a strong understanding of Pakistani culture, as well as experience teaching or tutoring English as a second language. Additionally, you should be patient, adaptable, and able to work independently.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, or related fieldNative or near-native proficiency in both English and UrduExperience teaching or tutoring English as a second languageFamiliarity with online teaching tools such as video conferencing software and learning management systemsAbility to work independently and manage your own scheduleStrong communication skills and cultural sensitivitySalary: $1500 per month (based on 20 hours of teaching per week)Location: Remote position that can be done from anywhere with a stable internet connection; preference will be given to candidates located in Al-Khor.Visa Sponsorship: Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates if needed.We are an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
