Madre Integrated Engineering | Full timeTo supervise and coordinate rigging operations during plant turnaround activities, ensuring safe handling, lifting, and positioning of equipment, while complying with project specifications, approved lifting plans, and safety regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise rigging teams, including riggers and helpers, during turnaround and shutdown activities.Ensure safe and proper use of all lifting equipment, slings, shackles, and rigging accessories; verify availability of certified lifting equipment with test certificates.Plan, coordinate, and execute lifting operations in accordance with approved lifting plans and project requirements.Inspect rigging equipment prior to use, identify hazards, and implement corrective actions to maintain safety standards.Mentor and guide team members in safe rigging practices, load handling, and equipment installation.Liaise with project engineers and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of turnaround activities.Maintain proper documentation of all rigging operations, including lifting plans, certifications, and daily reports.Ensure strict compliance with HSE regulations and QatarEnergy safety standards at all times.RequirementsSecondary education (12 years) is mandatory.Minimum 10 years’ experience in rigging in Petrochemical/Oil & Gas industry.Proven experience in supervising rigging operations during turnarounds/shutdowns.Strong knowledge of lifting equipment, rigging accessories, and safety standards.Good command of English (spoken and written).#J-18808-Ljbffr
