Job Description Role Overview:
As a Customer Support Executive, your primary responsibility will be to ensure timely handling and resolution of customer complaints. You will also be required to provide regular feedback to the Research & Development team regarding product performance. Additionally, you will play a key role in retail activities by ensuring proper visibility of Point of Purchase (POP) material at retail counters, conducting training programs for retailers and their staff, and maintaining smooth secondary sales through interactions with stockists and retailers. Furthermore, you will be responsible for applicator development by training a specific number of applicators each month and maintaining relationships with key applicators. You will also engage in technical meetings with architects and builders to promote the company's products and services, generate leads and orders, and coordinate with various teams for timely order processing and payment collection.
Key Responsibilities:
- Timely attend to customer complaints and ensure their redressal
- Provide regular feedback to the R&D team on product performance
- Arrange for proper visibility of POP material at retail counters
- Conduct training programs for retailers and their staff
- Interact regularly with stockists and retailers for product promotion and smooth secondary sales
- Develop a specific number of applicators per month for correct product application
- Conduct training programs for applicators and maintain relationships with key applicators
- Organize technical meetings with architects and builders
- Meet with a minimum number of potential architects and builders each month
- Maintain city-wise records of architects and builders along with their future projects
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with local officers to promote products in the trade segment
- Make presentations to architects and builders for lead generation
- Arrange for product sampling at sites and ensure conversion to orders
- Generate orders as per company norms and coordinate with logistics for timely dispatch
- Ensure timely payment collection and collection of necessary forms
- Maintain records of quotations, purchase orders, payments, invoices, and customer correspondence
Qualifications Required:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Sales and customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
