The ideal candidate will have proven experience in driving mixer trucks, excellent knowledge of UAE roads, and a strong commitment to safety and timely deliveries.Key ResponsibilitiesSafely drive and operate transit mixer trucks to deliver concrete to construction sites.Load concrete at the batching plant, ensuring correct mix and slump as per delivery tickets.Deliver concrete on time while maintaining quality and workability (no unauthorized water addition).Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, reporting any defects immediately.Clean the mixer drum and truck after every delivery to prevent concrete buildup.Follow traffic rules and RTA regulations.Coordinate with batching plant staff, site supervisors, and pump operators for smooth operations.Maintain accurate logbooks, delivery tickets, and trip sheets.Ensure the safety of the vehicle, load, and personnel at all times.RequirementsRequired Skills & ExperienceMinimum 2–5 years of experience driving transit mixer trucks in the UAE (ready-mix experience preferred).Valid UAE Heavy Vehicle Driving License (Category 6 or 8—Truck Mixer).Knowledge of UAE roads and construction site locations (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Northern Emirates).Ability to read and understand delivery tickets in English.Physically fit to work long hours and in hot weather conditions.Clean driving record with no major accidents or serious traffic violations.Immediate joiners or a maximum 1-month notice are preferred.Preferred SkillsExperience with multiple UAE cities and construction sites.Familiarity with batching plant operations and concrete quality standards.Education & LicensingValid UAE Heavy Vehicle Driving License (Category 6 or 8—Truck Mixer)Valid UAE residence visa with transferable status (NOC preferred)SUNSHINE ENTERPRISE USA LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race or ethnicity, religion, sex, national origin, age, veteran disability or genetic information or any other reason prohibited by law in employment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
