Treasury Specialist

Job PurposeMaster Works is seeking a Treasury Specialist to manage banking relationships and support the company's cash management activities. The role will act as the main point of contact with banks and ensure efficient handling of all banking transactions, liquidity, and related financial operations.Key Roles and ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain relationships with local and international banksAct as the focal point between Finance and banking partnersMonitor daily cash balances and ensure sufficient liquidityExecute local and international payments and fund transfersHandle banking facilities, including loans, LCs, and LGsCoordinate with banks on documentation, agreements, and compliance requirementsMaintain and update company bank accounts, signatories, and recordsPerform regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepanciesSupport cash flow monitoring and reporting activitiesEnsure adherence to internal controls and company financial policiesEducational QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related fieldWork Experience2-5 years of experience in Treasury, Banking, or FinanceExperience dealing with banks in Saudi ArabiaFamiliarity with banking productsBehavioral CompetenciesCommunicates clearly and professionally with internal teams and external stakeholders, especially banking partnersBuilds and maintains strong, professional relationships with banks and key stakeholdersEnsures accuracy in financial transactions and identifies discrepancies quicklyTakes full responsibility for tasks and follows through to completion with minimal supervisionPrioritizes tasks effectively and meets deadlines in a fast-paced environmentIdentifies issues proactively and works efficiently to resolve themHandles sensitive financial information with a high level of trust and discretionCollaborates effectively with finance and cross-functional teamsAdjusts to changing priorities and business needs with flexibilityLanguage SkillsEnglish: Excellent command (reading, writing, and speaking)#J-18808-Ljbffr
