The Golden Compass established in 2015, our employs more than250 professionals internationally inover 3offices on 3 continents.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah for a Treasury & Payment Controller. The role is responsible for managing daily cash flow, processing payments, and coordinating banking activities. The position also includes bank reconciliations, monitoring liquidity, and ensuring compliance with internal controlsKey ResponsibilitiesMonitor daily cash positions and ensure sufficient liquidityPrepare cash flow forecasts (short & long term)Manage company bank accounts and coordinate fund transfersProcess and review payments (suppliers, payroll support, reimbursements)Ensure compliance with internal controls and Saudi regulationsCoordinate with banks for transactions and manage bank portalsPerform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepanciesSupport financial reporting and month-end closingQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field4–6 years of experience in Treasury / Payments / FinanceStrong knowledge of banking processes and cash flow managementExperience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Odoo or similar)Proficiency in MS ExcelExperience in Saudi Arabia (mining / drilling / industrial sector preferred)SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detailStrong understanding of financial controls & complianceAbility to manage multiple payments and deadlinesEffective communication with banks and internal teamsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
