The Golden Compass established in 2015, our employs more than250 professionals internationally inover 3offices on 3 continents.</p><h3>Role Description</h3><p>This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah for a Treasury&Payment Controller. The role is responsible for managing daily cash flow, processing payments, and coordinating banking activities. The position also includes bank reconciliations, monitoring liquidity, and ensuring compliance with internal controls</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Monitor daily cash positions and ensure sufficient liquidity</li><li>Prepare cash flow forecasts (short&long term)</li><li>Manage company bank accounts and coordinate fund transfers</li><li>Process and review payments (suppliers, payroll support, reimbursements)</li><li>Ensure compliance with internal controls and Saudi regulations</li><li>Coordinate with banks for transactions and manage bank portals</li><li>Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies</li><li>Support financial reporting and month-end closing</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field</li><li>4–6 years of experience in Treasury / Payments / Finance</li><li>Strong knowledge of banking processes and cash flow management</li><li>Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Odoo or similar)</li><li>Proficiency in MS ExcelExperience in Saudi Arabia (mining / drilling / industrial sector preferred)</li></ul><h3>Skills</h3><ul><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>High attention to detail</li><li>Strong understanding of financial controls&compliance</li><li>Ability to manage multiple payments and deadlines</li><li>Effective communication with banks and internal teams</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
