Treasury Operations Specialist (Russian Speaker)

On behalf of Huawei, a world-renowned IT and Communications Company, We are looking for a detail-oriented Treasury Operations Specialist to support corporate funding activities, including letter of credit (LC) operations, guarantee management, and banking relationship coordination.This role plays a critical part in managing treasury operations across Central Asia markets, requiring strong communication with banking partners and the ability to work with documentation in Russian language.Key RequirementsAbility to read, write, and speak Russian (mandatory)5 Years Experience or exposure to:treasury operationsletter of credit (LC) or guaranteesStrong communication skills with internal teams and external banksHigh attention to detail and accuracyStrong sense of responsibility and ownershipKey Responsibilities1. Onshore Letter of Credit (LC) ManagementManage end-to-end onshore LC operations, including:LC draft reviewLC receipt and system entrydocument presentation and collection processingAct as LC Center of Excellence (COE) to manage:process controlinformation accuracyrisk monitoring and abnormal collection handlingTranslate Russian contracts and LC-related documentation where required2. Guarantee Business ManagementCoordinate with banks for guarantee issuance and re-issuance, particularly in Central Asia marketsSupport guarantee lifecycle management including:issuancetrackingrelease upon maturityAct as COE for guarantee risk management and complianceTranslate guarantee documentation in both issuance and receiving scenarios3.
