Job Description:Resolve production incidents in a smooth and timely manner with minimal impact to business. Put in controls and checks in place to monitor and smooth functioning of production systems. Investigate and understand the cause of defects raised. Day-to-day delivery and support of key treasury systems/initiatives. Work efficiently and prioritize system enhancement/up-grades. Support related to user access rights configuration and user management. Participate actively in discussions with business understand user requirements. Contribute to UAT and the go-live process.
