Job Description As a Treasury Analyst in Valeo, your role will involve various responsibilities related to cash management, cash reporting, working capital optimization, and hedging. You will be part of the Management Controller department in a full-time CDI employee status with a permanent contract.
Role Overview:
You will be responsible for performing tasks related to cash management, including handling payment cycles, reconciling daily bank accounts, managing bank guarantees, preparing AGA, and overseeing bank guarantee issuance. Additionally, you will manage the country's Central Bank reporting and filings, if required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Do payment cycles
- Reconcile daily bank accounts
- Realize bank account openings and delegation of signature as per Group rules
- Control and manage bank guarantees received from suppliers
- Prepare AGA and oversee bank guarantee issuance
- Manage country's Central Bank reporting and filings
- Prepare cash reporting for various cycles such as MTP, budget, actual, forecast, and flash
- Create cash flow tools by BU and LE for forecast, budget, and MTP
- Perform analytical review of LE and Country cash performance
- Optimize working capital by following up on customer overdue, providing analytical review of other WC variations, and checking daily SCF uploads
- Review ZDKS report and enter necessary BS hedging adjustments in VIB system web portal
- Support new entities integration and legal reorganization
- Contribute to Group Ethics & Compliance program by applying and respecting code of Ethics and Valeo's policies
Qualifications Required:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Previous experience in treasury operations or a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of cash management practices and financial reporting
- Familiarity with bank guarantee management and hedging activities
