DescriptionWelcome to PXGEOPXGEO is an innovative marine geophysical service provider combining the strengths of ocean bottom and towed streamer seismic data acquisition techniques to deliver seamless subsurface imaging for a sustainable future.Whats the roleThe Treasurer will report directly to the CFO and will be leading the cash management efforts for the group and will require expertise in Treasury short cash flow forecasting managing banking/vendor relationships. This role will also:Lead cashflow forecasting process for the Group and manage shortterm financing strategies to support cash flow requirements and operational needs.Treasury and Cash Management on a daytoday basisHandling banking and any lender relationshipsMonitor and analyze financial performance providing actionable insights to senior management.Collaborate with departments to ensure effective cash management procedures.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.RequirementsWho are we looking forBachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or a related field; MBA or relevant certification (CMA CFA) preferred.At least 8 years of experience in financial management with a focus on treasury and cash flow management.Proven track record in financial analysis and strategic planning in a corporate environment.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.Detailoriented with strong organizational and project management skills.Proficiency in financial software and tools Microsoft Excel expertise is essential.#J-18808-Ljbffr
