We are currently looking for a Transformation Management Office (TMO) Lead to support a major strategic initiative based in Abu Dhabi on a 12-month contract.This role sits within Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi) and will support the implementation of strategic initiatives aimed at strengthening organizational capabilities, governance, and operational effectiveness within one of Abu Dhabi’s emerging sectors.About the RoleThe role will focus on establishing and leading the Transformation Management Office, ensuring strong governance, structured program delivery, and effective implementation of strategic priorities.ResponsibilitiesEstablish and lead the Transformation Management Office (TMO)Define the TMO mandate, governance framework, and operating modelTrack strategic initiatives including objectives, milestones, KPIs, risks, and dependenciesSupport the design and implementation of target operating modelsCoordinate cross-functional initiatives and ensure alignment across stakeholdersScope and incubate new functions, or transform existing ones from the ground up, including defining the mandate, organizational structure, operating processes, governance frameworks, and RACI modelsEnsure structured execution and delivery of transformation initiativesQualifications7–10+ years of experience in management consulting, transformation programs, or strategic initiatives from a Tier-1 strategy consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Strategy&, Kearney, Oliver Wyman, etc.)Demonstrated career progression with at least one or ideally two promotions within the same consulting firmStrong experience in transformation programs, operating model design, or large-scale strategic program implementationMinimum 1+ years of hands‑on experience leading large‑scale transformation programs, such as Transformation Management Offices (TMO), enterprise‑wide implementations, or post‑merger integrationsProven ability to manage complex initiatives and senior stakeholdersExperience working with government entities or large organizations is highly valuedGCC experience is preferredIf this sounds relevant to your background, please apply and submit your updated CV.#J-18808-Ljbffr
