Training Program Supervisor

<div><p>MEMF Electrical Industries Co. is the industrial arm of KFB Holding Group, supporting Saudi Arabia’s power infrastructure with locally engineered and high-quality electrical products.</p><p>We operate advanced manufacturing facilities in Riyadh, producing a wide range of solutions for utility and industrial customers, including:</p><ul><li>Smart energy meters</li><li>LV&MV instrument transformers</li><li>LV&MV switchgear solutions (up to 36 kV)</li><li>Distribution&power transformers (up to 10 MVA)</li></ul><p>Our products are internationally type-tested and backed by strong engineering expertise and certified quality systems (ISO 9001&ISO 45001).</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Oversee the planning, implementation, and monitoring of training programs.</li><li>Act as the main point of contact between trainees, management, and the training institute.</li><li>Track and maintain accurate attendance records of trainees in coordination with the institute.</li><li>Ensure compliance with training schedules, policies, and program requirements.</li><li>Monitor trainee progress and provide regular reports to management.</li><li>Handle trainee inquiries, concerns, and support requests efficiently.</li><li>Coordinate with the institute regarding performance, attendance, and program updates.</li><li>Understand and manage the financial support structure, including the percentage covered by HRDF (Hadaf).</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>4–6 years of experience in training coordination, HR, or program supervision.</li><li>Strong organizational and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively.</li><li>Familiarity with training program administration and reporting.</li><li>Knowledge of HRDF (Hadaf) policies and support programs is preferred.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
