We also support small business clients with their business banking needs.Job SummaryWe are looking for a Training Manager who can design, build, and deliver high-impact learning programmes within the Client Care Centre. In this role, you will build strong training frameworks, coach and develop a skilled training team, and ensure all learning initiatives directly improve service quality, operational accuracy, and business outcomes.
