We also support small business clients with their business banking needs.Job SummaryWe are looking for a Training Manager who can design, build, and deliver high-impact learning programmes within the Client Care Centre. In this role, you will build strong training frameworks, coach and develop a skilled training team, and ensure all learning initiatives directly improve service quality, operational accuracy, and business outcomes. You will work closely with stakeholders to continuously improve capability, reduce client-impacting errors, and support a culture of learning that delivers real business value.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and deliver end-to-end training programmes aligned with business prioritiesLead and develop a team of trainers, setting clear expectations and quality standardsBuild training frameworks that reduce complaints, improve accuracy, and strengthen service deliveryCreate targeted learning content informed by error trends, client feedback, and operational insightsUse simulations, role play, and practical learning environments to reinforce capabilityEnsure all training deliverables are executed efficiently and to a high standardPartner with operations, quality teams, and leaders to align learning with business needsUse data, analytics, and management information to measure training effectivenessIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency and support sustainable cost outcomesDrive continuous improvement across training processes, tools, and contentRelevant experience across sales, service, or training environmentsUnderstanding of learning principles and instructional designSkills And ExperienceProven experience in training, learning, or capability development rolesStrong people management and stakeholder engagement skillsExcellent facilitation, communication, and presentation capabilityAbility to turn data into clear, actionable insights for performance improvementExperience designing training frameworks, content, and structured learning journeysSkilled at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong collaboration skills with a focus on quality and measurable outcomesQualificationsGraduate degree or equivalent professional experienceCertified Trainer with demonstrated delivery and facilitation skillsFluency in Arabic and English language is requiredAbout Standard CharteredWe're an international bank, nimble enough to act, big enough for impact.
