Quest Search & Selection are partnering with a global luxury wellness company on an exciting opportunity to join their expanding team in Riyadh as a Sales Excellence & Training Manager.About the RoleThis strategic role is focused on transforming sales processes, enhancing team capabilities, and ensuring operational excellence across the sales organisation. After an intensive onboarding at the company’s European HQ, you’ll be instrumental in deploying international standards, delivering impactful training, and driving performance improvements locally.ResponsibilitiesAct as a strategic partner to the Country MD and Sales LeadersImplement and embed the global sales process across the local teamLead and deliver sales training and coaching programsAnalyse sales performance, monitor KPIs, and identify areas for improvementRoll out and manage CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)Drive commercial excellence through data-driven insights and field supportShadow and coach Field Sales and Telesales teams for continued developmentPromote the adoption of financial solutions in the sales processCoordinate regular business reviews with HQ and global teamsQualifications7-10 years’ experience in structured multinational companies and/or a consulting backgroundPrevious experience in a multinational organisation is highly desirableRequired SkillsStrong knowledge of sales processes and CRM tools (Salesforce a plus)Analytical mindset with a hands‑on approachPassion for health, wellness or fitnessFluency in English and Arabic requiredEnergetic, collaborative, and results‑oriented mindsetPreferred SkillsExperience in a premium global brand in the wellness spaceExposure to international best practices and leadershipClear career development and progression opportunitiesDynamic, purpose‑driven culture promoting health and innovationPay range and compensation packageReady to transform the future of sales in wellness?
