Training Manager

<div><p>Quest Search&Selection are partnering with a global luxury wellness company on an exciting opportunity to join their expanding team in Riyadh as a Sales Excellence&Training Manager.</p><h3>About the Role</h3><p>This strategic role is focused on transforming sales processes, enhancing team capabilities, and ensuring operational excellence across the sales organisation. After an intensive onboarding at the company’s European HQ, you’ll be instrumental in deploying international standards, delivering impactful training, and driving performance improvements locally.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Act as a strategic partner to the Country MD and Sales Leaders</li><li>Implement and embed the global sales process across the local team</li><li>Lead and deliver sales training and coaching programs</li><li>Analyse sales performance, monitor KPIs, and identify areas for improvement</li><li>Roll out and manage CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)</li><li>Drive commercial excellence through data-driven insights and field support</li><li>Shadow and coach Field Sales and Telesales teams for continued development</li><li>Promote the adoption of financial solutions in the sales process</li><li>Coordinate regular business reviews with HQ and global teams</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>7-10 years’ experience in structured multinational companies and/or a consulting background</li><li>Previous experience in a multinational organisation is highly desirable</li></ul><h3>Required Skills</h3><ul><li>Strong knowledge of sales processes and CRM tools (Salesforce a plus)</li><li>Analytical mindset with a hands‑on approach</li><li>Passion for health, wellness or fitness</li><li>Fluency in English and Arabic required</li><li>Energetic, collaborative, and results‑oriented mindset</li></ul><h3>Preferred Skills</h3><ul><li>Experience in a premium global brand in the wellness space</li><li>Exposure to international best practices and leadership</li><li>Clear career development and progression opportunitiesDynamic, purpose‑driven culture promoting health and innovation</li></ul><h3>Pay range and compensation package</h3><p>Ready to transform the future of sales in wellness?
