Job Description
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign effective training modules and deliver for front-line retail staff, including pharmacists and customer service executives.Conduct induction programs for new hires, covering company values, SOPs, retail processes, and customer service standards.Facilitate ongoing training sessions on soft skills, behavioral competencies, and conflict resolution.Provide targeted coaching and mentoring to improve customer handling, upselling techniques, and product knowledge.Collaborate with HR and Operations to identify skill gaps and develop training plans accordingly.Ensure consistency in training delivery across multiple locations, adhering to quality and compliance standards.Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and on-the-job performance metrics.Stay updated with industry trends in pharma retail and recommend enhancements to training content accordingly.Partner with the Quality and Compliance teams to ensure staff adheres to healthcare and retail regulations.QualificationsBachelor\'s degree related field with relevant certification in Training & Development is a plus.At least 4–6 years of experience in a training role, preferably in retail, FMCG background.Certification in soft skills or behavioral training is advantageous.#J-18808-Ljbffr
