Trainer (National) - Learning & Development - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

We’re looking for a dynamic Learning & Development Specialist to join our Retail HR team and help shape the learning culture across our business.In this role, you will support the design, coordination, and delivery of impactful learning initiatives for both our frontline and head‑office retail employees. You will play a key part in enhancing the digital learning experience, managing engagement events, and ensuring our people have access to the tools and development opportunities they need to grow.ResponsibilitiesWhat You’ll DoDesign and develop engaging training materials in collaboration with business unitsSupport the creation of job aids, learning packs, and evaluation toolsFacilitate training sessions and contribute to learning eventsManage and curate content on digital learning platformsBuild dashboards and reports to measure training effectivenessCoordinate communication and logistics for learning and engagement activitiesCreate visual and creative assets such as presentations and infographicsSupport HR communication channels and respond to learning‑related queriesStay updated on industry trends, new learning technologies, and best practicesAssist with process mapping and documentation for relevant stakeholdersQualificationsWhat You BringBachelor’s degree in a relevant field2–4 years of experience in Learning & Development, ideally within retailExperience with digital learning platforms and training content designStrong facilitation, communication, and presentation skillsAbility to multitask and manage multiple projects under tight deadlinesHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skillsProficiency in MS Office and digital communication toolsEnglish proficiency required; Arabic is an advantage\Additional skills good to haveSelf‑motivated, proactive, and eager to learnCollaborative team player with strong interpersonal skillsCreative problem solver with a passion for continuous improvementAgile, adaptable, and resilient in a fast‑paced environmentWhy Join Us?You’ll be part of a team committed to building a world‑class learning culture and enhancing the employee experience across the retail business.
