OverviewFemale Group Exercise HIIT Coach - Job PostWe are looking for full-time, experienced women group workout trainers who are experienced in HIIT training. They have to be a team player and an outstanding communicator to join a contemporary team training facility in Dubai. This facility prides itself on having a group mentality and assists its members in changing their physical and mental well-being while motivating neighborhood development and maintaining a no-ego mindset.ResponsibilitiesProvide a warm welcome and consistently enhance the overall participant experience.Construct a positive, energetic & inspirational training setting for members.Lead and assist in exercises developed by the company.Arrive on time before sessions/events.Assist with setting up and removing equipment for each session.Establish assigned drills/stations before training beginning time.Deliver a tactical/technical breakdown for each session and the parts therein.Ensure all facility policies and health & safety requirements are observed by members and visitors to guarantee safety and wellness.Be punctual, dependable, friendly, and presentable.Working hours: 48 hours per week, including classes and administration, 6 days a week.QualificationsDegree 3 Personal Trainer credentials (Internationally Identified).Team exercise qualification would be beneficial.Minimum 3 years experience in the industry.Expertise in different fitness programs, with exercise regression and progression.Ability to ensure all sessions are performed skillfully and to standards.Team mentoring.Self-motivated.Superb communication skills.Superb organisational and time management skills.Benefits / TermsPermanent placement with a salary of AED 8,500 per month during the 3‑month probation, after which the salary increases to AED 10,500 per month.Dubai benefits (Visa, Medical Insurance, 28 calendar days paid leave).This role is available for both UAE and international candidates.#J-18808-Ljbffr
