Trainer Associate III, Learning and DevelopmentJob ID: 3176647 | Q Express Documents Transport LLC - Dubai South Branch - L14The Trainer is responsible for the coordination and execution of training for all process paths in the Fulfillment Center. Trainers evaluate and refine processes and techniques to improve learning effectiveness and production across all departments in the building. The Trainer assists in driving the success training plans and supporting the needs of the Fulfillment Center workforce.PrerequisitesWilling to work flexible schedules / shiftsAct as a supervisor for Instructors and Peer Trainers with new hiresDeliver Instructor training, observation and coaching to the AMET standardEnsure training records are kept up to date through the consoleEnsure AMET training materials are kept and delivered against AMET standard and provide a positive learning experienceUse and analyze data on a daily basis to improve NH learning experienceFeedback to Instructors and Peer Trainers on their delivery and new hire (NH) groups performanceAll tests/ audits are completed and responses are trackedOrganize (Instructors assignment) and monitor cross training for the operations to support peak skill requirementsWork with operations on a skill matrix to highlight gaps for critical role trainingSupport operations with the delivery of critical role trainingImprove processes from gathering feedback and analyzing dataSupport the recruitment of Instructors and Peer TrainersAttend meetings when required and provide information requiredWork in partnership with the agency managers to improve new hire performanceSupport AMET level projects with feedback and improvementsBasic QualificationsExperience with written and verbal communication and presentationExperience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)Preferred QualificationsGraduate/Post GraduateOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
