It seeks to lead the aviation industry by transforming Saudi Arabia into a global aviation and trade hub – a digitally native airline that will connect the kingdom to more than 100 destinations.About the RoleAre you passionate about setting standards, building capability and raising the bar in airport ground operations?We are looking for a professional to develop, deliver and continuously enhance training programmes and operational standards across our ground and airport operations.In this role, you will ensure frontline teams and third-party ground handling partners are fully trained, compliant with regulatory and safety requirements, and consistently delivering efficient, high‑quality service.You will work closely with our Safety, Operations, Regulatory Compliance and Guest Experience teams to embed best practice, assess performance through robust KPIs and balanced scorecards, and drive measurable improvements in service delivery, on‑time performance, safety outcomes and guest satisfaction.Further, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate training and compliance records, supporting line stations with operational and system related issues, and playing a key role in shaping a strong, performance driven ground operations culture.Help set the standard on the ground so every flight can take off with confidence.About YouDegree qualified, you will demonstrate at least 8 years in aviation ground operations, and 5 years of training experience.Naturally, you must possess a proven track record in designing, implementing, and managing training plans in alignment with departmental values, goals, and policies for ground operations personnel across the eco system.We’d love to hear from you even more if you have Train the Trainer certification, and a thorough understanding of aviation regulations with reference to IATA, IOSA & ISAGO standards.This is your opportunity to shape the future of air travel.
