Trainee Process Operator Air Chiller

Black & Grey HR is hiring for a leading Food Manufacturing company. We are looking for a Trainee Process Operator (Air Chiller) for operating and maintaining cooling and freezing equipment including refrigerators batch freezers and freezing tunnels.ResponsibilitiesTo operate complex equipment and production lines and prepare complex products. Should be able to read and understand safety, quality and operational procedures. Should be able to read and understand complex equipment manuals.Perform regular machine condition checksPerform preventive maintenance tasks as per standard PM checklistsPrepare materials and assemble equipment before starting up the lineMonitor the performance of production equipment and adjust parameters as per the standard proceduresParticipate in minor maintenance tasks during troubleshooting and mechanical repair activitiesEscalate any process non‑conformance, safety, food safety or quality issues to the leader maintenance team or supervisorAssist the production supervisor in achieving scheduling requirementsFill and interpret control chartsFill control charts for productivity systemMaterial orderingPrevent loss of products and process wasteMinimize the s and rework generationRequirementsMinimum 7 years of production experience in the Meat & Poultry Processing Industry.At least 5 years as an Operator/Technician in multinational companies.Diploma or High School qualification.Proficiency in English (reading, writing and speaking).BenefitsSalary plus Benefits.Opportunity to work with a leading food manufacturing company.Career growth and development opportunities.Dynamic and professional work environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
