We provide tailored financial advice to international clients, supported by expert teams across wealth planning, tax, compliance and operations.About the RoleWe’re looking for ambitious, commercially minded individuals to join Skybound Wealth Management as Business Development Executives. This is a trainee pathway into international wealth management, with clear progression to becoming a Private Wealth Adviser.The focus of the role is to strategically identify and engage with high-net-worth expatriate clients globally, introduce our service and connect them with our Private Wealth Advisers.Alongside your day-to-day work, the company will sponsor you to complete the CISI Level 4 Investment Advice Diploma, to support you in progressing as a Private Wealth Adviser yourself over a 2-3 year period.Key ResponsibilitiesResearching and identifying potential international clientsContacting professionals via phone, email and LinkedInIntroducing Skybound’s wealth management propositionGenerating and qualifying new business opportunitiesBooking in meetings for experienced Private Wealth AdvisersBuilding long-term professional relationshipsWorking towards industry qualificationsDesired Skills and ExperienceStrong commercial awareness and proactivityA proven track record within a pro-active sales, recruitment or business development environment is preferredAn ability to generate leads and strategically develop new businessComfortable dealing with high-net-worth individualsAn interest in financial markets and current affairsExperience navigating through business sites, such as LinkedIn, company directories£40-50k year 1 OTEClear progression into a Private Wealth Adviser roleFull support through industry-recognised qualificationsFantastic exposure within a growing global firmInternational incentives for top performersSkybound Wealth Management is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
