Job Description

Occupational Health & Safety and EnvironmentAccountability: Are accountable for their acts and omissions. Responsibility: To follow agreed safe systems of work; to follow training and instructions; and to report accidents, incidents and near misses. Authority: To stop work if they think the work is unsafe.ResponsibilitiesObserving and learning from experienced staff members.Gaining knowledge of company policies and processes.Fulfilling any requirements and meeting goals set out at the start of the training.Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.Completing succesfully all necessary assessments, as guided and required.Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations.Taking detailed notes and liaising with Managers, Supervisors, and other Senior staff.Preparing all requested documents, materials and updating records.Performing all the administrative support, such as printing, setting up materials, rooms, etc. as requested from their supervisors.Researching and assisting their supervisor in identifying areas for service or process improvements.Writing and presenting regular updates to management.Completing fieldwork or visiting different work sites when required.Maintaining communication with supervisors and attending periodic evaluations.Maintaining and developing a positive working relationship with employees.Performing all other job related duties, as assigned.QualificationsEducation & Professional Qualification: Bachelor\'s degreeProfessional Experience: N/AGeographic Experience: N/AComputer Skills: Proficiency in MS OfficeLanguage Skills: Proficiency in spoken and written English & ArabicMarket/Industry/Functional Knowledge: N/A#J-18808-Ljbffr
