Job Description As a Trainee Finance at Eatons GFSS business in Pune, India, your primary role will involve the following responsibilities: - Collect past due receivables from customers - Resolve disputes and issues leading to non-payment - Identify trends and analyze customer behavior to determine collection strategies - Identify improvement opportunities for maximizing collections with minimal efforts Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Commerce - MBA in Finance preferred - 3-5 years of Business to Business Credit/Collection Experience - Proficiency in securing prompt payment from customers with commercial sensitivity and good judgment - Strong business writing and professional communication skills - Experience with Oracle 11i/R12 and Microsoft Office Suite - Demonstrated effective customer service and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently, decisively, and adapt to change - Willingness to work US hours (6pm to 3am IST) Eaton is dedicated to improving lives and the environment with power management technologies.
