This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who want hands-on experience in cost management measurement and contract administration under the guidance of senior QS staff.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in quantity take-offs BOQs cost estimates and budgetsSupport interim valuations payment applications and final accountsHelp monitor project costs variations and change controlAssist in subcontractor package evaluation and tender preparationMaintain accurate records of quantities costs and site instructionsLiaise with site teams consultants and subcontractorsSupport commercial reporting and progress summariesEnsure compliance with contract requirements and company proceduresQualifications & RequirementsBachelors Degree in Quantity Surveying Civil Engineering Construction Management or related field02 years of experience in UAE experience is an advantageBasic knowledge of FIDIC contracts preferred familiarity with CESMM an advantageProficient in MS Excel QS software and AutoCAD knowledge a plusStrong numerical analytical and organizational skillsGood English communication skills Arabic is an advantageWillingness to work on site-based infrastructure projects Key Skills Abinitio,Food Technology,Credit Management,Facility Management,Fire,Asp.Net MVC Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
