This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early‑career professionals who want hands‑on experience in cost management, measurement, and contract administration under the guidance of senior QS staff.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in quantity take‑offs, BOQs, cost estimates, and budgetsSupport interim valuations, payment applications, and final accountsHelp monitor project costs, variations, and change controlAssist in subcontractor package evaluation and tender preparationMaintain accurate records of quantities, costs, and site instructionsLiaise with site teams, consultants, and subcontractorsSupport commercial reporting and progress summariesEnsure compliance with contract requirements and company proceduresQualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field0–2 years of experience; UAE experience is an advantageBasic knowledge of FIDIC contracts preferred, familiarity with CESMM an advantageProficient in MS Excel, QS software and AutoCAD knowledge a plusStrong numerical, analytical, and organizational skillsGood English communication skills, Arabic is an advantageWillingness to work on site‑based infrastructure projects#J-18808-Ljbffr
